When will my order arrive?

We aim to pick, pack and dispatch each order within 1-2 working days, unless otherwise stated (keep an eye out for any shipping delay updates on our homepage!). Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders can be sent via   Royal Mail Second Class (2-4 BUSINESS days delivery) or via Royal Mail First Class (1-2 BUSINESS days delivery). Please note that as per Royal Mail advice, these times are for guidance only and are NOT guaranteed. Please also factor in the processing time when selecting your service.

We currently don’t ship outside of the UK, sorry! Once an order has left us and enters the postal network it is out of our hands.

If there is a problem with your order you can email hello@themodestlobster.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Please make sure that your address details are accurate at time of order. We are not responsible for any undelivered mail due to incorrect address details and no refund will be given.

Can I send an order to someone else?

Of course, we can send your order wherever you like. Please note we don’t currently offer a personalised message service on greetings cards.

Do you ship worldwide?

No we currently only ship to the UK.

Can I stock your products in my store?

Where are you based?

We are based in Northamptonshire!

Do you do commissions?

Not at the moment, sorry! 

Where are your products made?

All of our products are digitally hand drawn by our designer Sophie and printed in the UK!
